Webzun’s standard

Webzun’s standard web-design ’terms and condition are as follows:

Webzun will develop a professional website for your business using standard WordPress and Woocommerce technologies when you purchase our regular website package (full ownership) (payments are non-refundable).

After the website has been completed and turned over to you, you will be able to administer it and modify its prices and content. You will get complete ownership of the website by making the finall payment.

After the final evaluation and handover of the website, any requests to make modifications or add new functionality will cost £25 per hour.

Price Changes. We may change the price of the Services at any time and will notify you by email at least 15 days before the price change. If you don’t agree to the price change, you must cancel and stop using the Services before the price change takes effect. If there is a fixed term and price for your Service offer, that price will remain in force for the term.

NOTE:

All content and product’s images inserted by us are set as Demo, and it is in clients responsibility to change them as soon as possible. Before the project is finished, if you send us your own material and product images, we will change it at no additional cost.

The following services are included in the cost:

 

  • Backup and Update: 

Free backups and updates for one year. We will keep up ongoing monitoring of your website for the following twelve months, ensuring that all plugins and theme are updated and functioning smoothly. If the client would like us to continue monitoring your website after one year, you need to sign up to our maintenance programme for £10 per month.

  • Domain:

Will provide you with a one-year free domain from Godaddy, if you do not own a domain.

  • Host:

Free hosting for one year from Siteground. If, following one year, you choose to continue hosting with us, the annual fee will be £96 a year.

  • Fast speed website.
  • Tablet and mobile version optimising.
  • Training on making small modifications, including adding, removing, or editing products, text, and images.
  • Unlimited pages but only 15 pages are designed by us.
  • Unlimited products but only 20 products will upload by us.
  • Business Email (512 MB of free space).
  • Integration of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp).
  • Creating Contact Forms.
  • Live chat or WhatsApp (if necessary).
  • All major cards Apple Pay, Google Pay.
  • Access to our image gallery (+300 million images).

Webzun’s Subscription

Webzun’s Subscription Website ’terms and condition are as follows:

Webzun will develop a professional website for your business using standard WordPress and Woocommerce technologies for a setup charge of £50 and a monthly cost of £15 as long as the monthly price is paid on time (payments are non-refundable). You will have access as a secondary administrator and be able to modify pricing, photos, and content (the domain and full ownership of the website will be Webzun unless you decide to buy the Website and pay full amount which agreed in advance). After the final review and handover of the website design, any requests to make modifications or add new features will cost £25 per hour. You may end the agreement at any time without incurring a penalty. You may acquire complete control of the Website (at an agreed price). In the event of a monthly payment delay, the agreement between you and Webzun will be terminated, you will lose access to the website, and Webzun will go down.

The fee to reactivate the website is £50; but, if the website stays inactive for three months, it will be permanently erased.

If you opt to purchase the website outright, the setup fee and monthly payments will not be returned or deducted from the price of the website.
