The annual fee is £40 per mailbox, and your storage will remain at 2GB, plus the standard 512MB allocation provided with your hosting service, for as long as your subscription remains active.

If your mailbox upgrade expires and is not renewed, your email account will no longer be able to operate with the additional storage.

As a result:

  • You will no longer be able to send or receive emails.
  • Anyone sending emails to your address may receive a delivery failure (bounce-back) notification.
  • Access to your mailbox may be suspended until the issue is resolved.

To avoid disruption to your business communications, we recommend renewing your mailbox before it expires.

However, before downgrading, you must ensure that your mailbox fits within the standard 512MB storage limit.

If your mailbox currently contains more than 512MB of data, you should first:

Delete enough emails and attachments to reduce your mailbox size below 512MB.

Please note that any emails exceeding the available mailbox capacity cannot remain on the server after the downgrade.
